| 1 | (9- inch) prepared graham craker crust | ||

| 1/3 | cup | butter | |
|  | |||
| 4 | squares | semi-sweet baking chocolate | |
|  | |||
| 1 | package | (3 oz) vanilla flavor instant pudding mix | |
|  | |||
| 2 | cups | cold milk | |
|  | |||
| Frozen whipped topping, thawed | |||
|  | |||
| 1 | (12 oz) chocolate bar to make chocolate curls for garnish | ||

In a small saucepan, heat butter and chocolate, stirring until smooth.  Spread on bottom of pie crust; set aside. 
Prepare pudding according to package directions using milk.  Spread into pie crust.  Refrigerate until firm, about 1 hour.  Garnish with whipped topping and chocolate curls.
