| 1/3 | cup | vinegar | |

| 3 | Tablespoons | water | |
|  | |||
| 4 | teaspoons | granulated sugar | |
|  | |||
| 1 | Tablespoon | snipped fresh dill | |
|  | |||
| 3 | cloves | garlic, minced | |
|  | |||
| 1/4 | teaspoon | salt | |
|  | |||
| 1 | small fresh red chili pepper, seeded and sliced, optional | ||
|  | |||
| 2 | cups | small whole radishes or large radishes cut in half | |
|  | |||
Combine vinegar, water, sugar, dill, garlic, salt, and chili pepper (optional) in a sealable gallon size plastic bag.  
Add radishes, seal bag and ensure that all radishes have been covered with vinegar marinade.
Marinate in the refrigerator for 6 to 8 hours before serving, turning bag occasionally.
