| 1 | pkg. | (9 oz.) Green Giant frozen asparagus cuts | |

| 1 | pkg. | onion soup and dip mix | |
|  | |||
| 2-1/2 | cups | water | |
|  | |||
| 2 | cups | small shell pasta | |
|  | |||
| 8-10 | oz. | diced cooked chicken | |
|  | |||
| 1 | cup | sour cream | |
|  | |||
| 1/4 | cup | shredded Parmesan cheese | |
|  | |||
Cook asparagus as directed on package.  
In a large saucepan, combine soup mix and water. Bring to a boil.  Reduce heat to simmer; add pasta and simmer for 8-10 minutes or until tender.  Add asparagus, chicken and sour cream; stir gently to mix.  Cook 3-5 minutes or until thoroughly heated, stirring occasionally.  Sprinkle with cheese.
